Enter how far each feature's axis sits from true position (ΔX, ΔY) and its actual size. The tool returns actual position, the bonus tolerance earned under MMC or LMC, total allowable tolerance, and a clear pass / fail — with a target plot of the zone.
1Pick feature type and the material condition from the feature control frame.
2Enter the stated position tolerance and the feature's size limits.
3Add each measured feature's ΔX, ΔY and actual size. Position is diametral: 2 × √(ΔX² + ΔY²).

RFS — no bonus tolerance; the position tolerance is fixed regardless of feature size.

Bonus tolerance applies only under MMC/LMC: as a hole grows past MMC (or a pin shrinks), the feature departs from MMC and that departure is added to the position tolerance. Total allowable = stated + bonus. A feature passes when its actual position ≤ its own total allowable and its size is within limits. Datum-feature shift is not included.
